We are excited to announce the Call for Papers for the 27th Northeast Workshop in Empirical Political Science (NEWEPS) to be held at Princeton University on Friday, September 18th. Please mark your calendars! As usual, we will begin with lunch, followed by three sessions (where all participants read papers in advance), and ending with a happy hour.
If you are interested in attending and/or submitting a paper or research design for consideration, please complete this form to be added to a mailing list and receive updates.
The deadline for paper or research design submissions is Monday, August 24th. Only complete drafts of papers or research designs will be considered. To maintain transparency about the selection process, we will take into account average paper scores (blindly scored by NEWEPS conveners), whether the paper is or will be a job market paper, and prior NEWEPS participation (since we operate on a reciprocity model).
We will notify authors of paper selection on or before August 31st and circulate papers for attendees to read before the conference.
